Phree 磷脂去除方案是一种快捷有效去除血浆样品中蛋白质和磷脂的方法，而不会影响目标分析物的回收率。溶剂屏蔽技术（Solvent Shielding TechnologyTM ）可维持有机溶剂在滤膜上长达25分钟，滴加血浆后直接实现in-well或in-tube沉淀（直接在孔内/柱内沉淀）。沉淀完成后，样品可通过Phree吸附剂过滤，选择性地去除磷脂，得到无蛋白、无磷脂的样品。
