Abstract:

Mobile phase composition for the analysis of three different synthetic oligonucleotides models (Bridged Nucleic Acid, Antisense RNA, and DNA phosphorothioate) was studied and optimized using a Clarity 2.6 μm Oligo-XT C18 column.
