Pain Panel from Whole Blood

Abstract:

This technical poster which was presented at SOFT 2014 discusses the method development process behind a whole blood extraction. 39 pain management drug compounds are analyzed by LC/MS/MS using a Kinetex core-shell Biphenyl HPLC/UHPLC column, resulting in an elution window of ~ 2 minutes and a total run time of <5 minutes.
