Presented at ASMS 2015, this technical note walks through the development of an online SPE procedure using a Thermo Cohesive® TLX system to extract 25-OH-Vitamin D2, 25-OH-Vitamin D3, and 3-Epi-25-OH-Vitamin D3 from serum.
