Automated Solution for Post Hydrolysis Enzyme Removal and LC/MS/MS Analysis of Illicit and Pain Related Compounds from Urine (TN-0093)

Abstract:

Presented at SOFT 2015, this technical note describes an automated method that removes ß-glucuronidase from hydrolyzed urine samples. This method results in cleaner extracts as compared to dilute-and-shoot methods, significantly extending HPLC column lifetime.
